Can I order tassel Krishne's products in bulk for resale purpose?
At Krishne, each & every product is custom handcrafted to suit to suit the colors & patterns of your traditional outfits i.e Saree ~ Blouse ~ Lehenga ~ Half Saree ~ Langa Voni ~ Hip Belt etc. Hence these products cannot be crafted in bulk.
However if you are a boutique owner or a fashion designer from another city or country then kindly consider sharing your requirements with us via Whatsapp & we will be happy to craft the same.
Is COD option available? What are the terms for Return & Exchange ?
COD option is not available.
We are fully accountable & responsible for what we craft & sell.
Return & Exchange terms as below:
We thoroughly check for the quality before dispatching, however incase of any damage during the shipping..please notify us immediately after acceptance along with the images/videos of the damaged tassel lace/package.
We will assess the damage & if true..will request you to ship back the damaged products.
Full refund along with the two way shipping charges incurred will be credited back to your account within 3 working days from the day of we receiving the damaged tassel lace.
Note: A complaint against the courier company will be registered to claim the damages incurred & we might request your co-operation in sharing the relevant information for the same.
