We are fully accountable & responsible for what we craft & sell.

Return & Exchange terms as below:

We thoroughly check for the quality before dispatching, however incase of any damage during the shipping..please notify us immediately after acceptance along with the images/videos of the damaged waist belt/package.

We will assess the damage & if true..will request you to ship back the damaged belt.

Full refund along with the two way shipping charges incurred will be credited back to your account within 3 working days from the day of we receiving the damaged belt.

Note: A complaint against the courier company will be registered to claim the damages incurred & we might request your co-operation in sharing the relevant information for the same.
